National Farmers Union: Today, with a membership
of 250,000 farm and ranch families, NFU continues its original mission to protect and enhance the economic
well-being and quality of life for family farmers and ranchers and their rural communities. We believe that
consumers and producers can work together to promote a quality domestic supply of safe food.
National Farmers Organization: National Farmers
looks out for its producers just like family. And, we share one of your primary goals- better prices for all of

National Young Farmer Educational Association:
NYFEA, is the official adult student organization for agricultural education as recognized by the United States
Department of Education. As an association that educates agricultural leaders, NYFEA unites members from the
individual farmer to large corporations. The association seeks to provide support for the next generation by
helping them understand the opportunities found in agriculture.
National FFA Organization: The National FFA
Organization is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential
for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. The U.S. Department
of Education provides leadership and helps set direction for the FFA as a service to state and local
agricultural education programs.
4-H, Head, Heart, Hands and Health: A community of
more than 6 million youth and adults working together for positive change. Here you can learn about the wide
variety of people and programs that make up 4-H—which is implemented by the 106 Land Grant Universities and
USDA’s Cooperative Extension System through more than 3,000 offices across the country. The pledge tells what
4-H is all about.
The Agriculture Network Information Center:
(AgNIC) is a voluntary alliance of members based on the concept of “centers of excellence”. The member
institutions are dedicated to enhancing collective information and services among the members and their partners
for all those seeking agricultural information over the Internet. By joining forces to enhance impact and
deliver increasing access to information and expertise, it enables partner institutions to make the most of
