Rhode Island;
University of Rhode Island, College of the Environment And Life
Sciences: Kingston, Rhode Island. In the College of the Environment and Life
Sciences, students develop new scientific knowledge and partner with world class faculty in the laboratory and
in the field, steeped in the sense that stewardship of the earth's resources is at the heart of their experience
with us. Whether they engage in the study of marine biology or biotechnology, nutrition or environmental
science.
South Carolina;
Clemson University, College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life
Science's: Clemson, South Carolina. The College of Agriculture, Forestry and
Life Science’s ability to understand and manipulate the very molecular structure of biological systems offers us
immense potential to improve our world, whether it is to improve foods, building products, the environment or
our health.
South Dakota;
South Dakota State University, College of Agriculture & Biological
Sciences: Brookings, South Dakota. Vision: Achieve national distinction while
teaching, creating and applying knowledge for economic development and quality of life of the state, nation and
world. Be recognized as an indispensable partner in South Dakota’s economy and quality of life in South Dakota,
for South Dakotans, while being environmentally and socially responsible.
Tennessee;
University of Tennessee, College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural
Resources: Knoxville, Tennessee. (CASNR) welcomes students
from across Tennessee, the nation and the world who are interested in preparing for their future. The College
offers academic programs in a variety of natural and social science based disciplines that apply that knowledge
to the food, fiber and natural resources systems.
Texas;
Angelo State University, Department of Agriculture: San
Angelo, Texas. The ASU Agriculture Department believes the best way to learn is to get
first-hand experience. That is why more than half of our classes have laboratories, and most of those labs are
conducted outdoors in our extensive ag facilities. By the time our students graduate, they have a comprehensive
knowledge of agricultural processes from pasture to plate.
Texas A & M University, College of Agriculture and Life
Sciences: College Station, Texas. Our college is the largest of its kind in
the U.S., based on the number of degrees awarded. About 1,200 bachelor's degrees and 200 graduate degrees
are earned each year. Graduates are successfully going into high-paying careers or are pursuing professional and
advanced degrees. As a partner with the Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension Service agencies, the
College has access to resources and opportunities not available elsewhere.
Texas State University, Department of Agriculture: San Marcos,
Texas. Our campus environment and close proximity to a university operated
4,200 acre teaching and research ranch (Freeman Ranch) allows for frequent interaction between students and
faculty/staff. This learning atmosphere is unique and uncommon at most other universities.
Texas Tech University, College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural
Resources: Lubbock, Texas. With six academic departments, the
International Textile Center, and several research centers and institutes, we’re preparing society-ready
graduates with the ability to think creatively and analytically while also providing discoveries on current and
emerging agricultural and natural resources research that have state, regional, national and global impacts.
Indeed, CASNR is one of the leading colleges in the United States.
Utah;
Utah State University, College of Agriculture: Logan,
Utah. While agriculture involves the daily production, processing, and distribution of products that
sustain our lives, the College of Agriculture is focused on the science of life. Earth conservation,
biotechnology, disease cures, and community are now at the center of our interest and successes. We
consider agriculture the science of life, and our programs are the proof.
